IT Asset Disposition
Free ITAD pickup. We handle the rest.
We make retiring laptops, Chromebooks, desktops and other IT equipment simple, secure and sustainable. Every drive is wiped at our own facility in Florence, KY, and what still works gets a second life.
What is ITAD?
IT asset disposition (ITAD) is how a business retires the technology it no longer uses: collecting it, destroying the data on it, and deciding what gets reused and what gets recycled.
Why is pickup free?
Because working devices still have value. We recover it by refurbishing and selling them, so standard ITAD costs you nothing.

Two ways to retire devices. Neither costs you a thing.
Sell it to us
We value your devices per model and pay you, by credit or check, for everything that passes testing. See how buyback works
Donate it
Skip the payment. We refurbish what still works and deliver it, much of it to the nonprofits and schools closing the digital divide.

Either way, pickup and packing materials are on us, and every drive is wiped. The only difference is whether the value comes back to you.
Two jobs for you. Everything else is ours.
Our ITAD process
- You tell us what you’re retiring. A spreadsheet or a rough count is fine.
- We send packing materials. Boxes, pallet wrap and labels.
- You pack it and tell us it’s ready. For some pickups, we can come out and help you pack.
- We pick it up for free. A truck collects it from your location and brings it to our facility.
- We wipe, test and sort. Every drive is wiped. Devices are tested, then refurbished or recycled.
- You get the paperwork. A summary report of what we processed and what happened to it.
How long does it take to get your paperwork?
Plan on 30 to 45 days from when your devices arrive at our facility.
Have a deadline?
We can be flexible, and we’ll talk it through in your ITAD consultation.
What we take
Laptops and Chromebooks, desktops and Macs, iPads and tablets, monitors, servers, networking and telecom gear, hard drives and storage, printers and copiers.
Something else?
Some items require special handling. We’ll talk it through in your ITAD consultation.
Data security comes first.
Every device that holds data is wiped or destroyed before it’s refurbished, resold or recycled. It’s standard on every pickup, not an add-on.
- Wiped in-house. Every drive is wiped at our own facility in Florence, Kentucky. Multi-pass erasure for added security. Windows and Apple drives are wiped to NIST SP 800-88. Chromebooks are Powerwashed. Damaged drives are crushed or shredded instead.
- Chain of custody from your dock to ours. A signed bill of lading and pallet count at pickup, tracked to our Florence facility. After processing, a summary report of the devices and what happened to them.
- A certificate when you need one. A Certificate of Destruction on request, in compliance with NIST SP 800-88. One certificate covers each batch of Windows and Apple devices. See a sample.
Your retired devices can still make an impact.
The ones that still work get a second job. We refurbish them and deliver them, much of it to the nonprofits and schools putting computers in front of people who’ve been priced out. In 2025, we delivered 35,000+ refurbished devices to nonprofit partners. Whatever can’t be saved goes to U.S.-based recyclers.
See where devices goQuick answers
We already recycle our old computers. Why switch?
Recycling ends a machine’s life, even one that still works. We refurbish what still has life, recycle only the rest, and pick it all up for free.
Who packs the equipment?
Your team packs, using the materials we send. Depending on where you are, we may be able to come out and help.
Devices locked with iCloud, Google or BIOS passwords?
Set them aside and tell us on your quote. They can’t go in the main box.
Retiring fewer than a dozen machines?
Still worth it. Use the free pickup form, and smaller loads can ship by parcel.
