How you earn
You earn on both sides of a client’s refresh: the devices they retire and the refurbished devices they buy.
- On what they retire. We value the devices that come in at market value, and you get a share.
- On what they buy. You earn a flat percentage of every refurbished order your clients place through us.
- We pay you. Keep it all, or pass some on to your client.
What your client’s pickup looks like
- You tell us what they’re retiring. A spreadsheet or a rough count is fine.
- We send packing materials. Boxes, pallet wrap and labels.
- They pack it and tell us it’s ready. For some pickups, we can come out and help pack.
- We pick it up for free. A truck collects it and brings it to our facility.
- We wipe, test and sort. Every drive is wiped. Devices are tested, then refurbished or recycled.
- Your client gets the paperwork. A summary report of what we processed and what happened to it, and a Certificate of Destruction for Windows and Apple devices, on request.

What MSP partners ask first
How do I get paid?
You earn on both sides. When your clients retire devices, we value them at market value and you get a share. When they buy refurbished devices through us, you earn a flat percentage of the order. We have a standard partner agreement that we tailor to each partner, and we’ll walk through payment timing on a call.
Is pickup free for my clients?
Yes. We recover value by giving devices a second life through refurbishment.
Can my clients get money back?
Through you. We pay you for the devices that still carry value, and you decide whether to keep it all or pass some on to your client.
Is there a certificate?
Yes, on request. One certificate covers the Windows and Apple devices in each batch, following NIST SP 800-88. Chromebooks are Powerwashed instead. It can go to you or your client.
How long does it take?
Plan on 30 to 45 days from when the devices reach our facility. Working to a lease end or an office move? Put the date in the introduction.
