When you send a quote request, the form collects:

• your full name, work email and organization;
• what you need (for example, retiring devices or buying refurbished);
• anything optional you choose to add, such as a rough device count, a timeline or other details;
• whether you’d like occasional emails from us.

The form also records how you reached us, so we can see which pages and campaigns bring people to Regadget: the page you first landed on, the site that sent you, and any campaign tags on the link you followed, including an ad click ID if you came from an ad. It also records which of our pages you sent it from.

After you send a request, the thank-you page lets you add a device list or other details, and an optional answer to “How did you find us?”. Both are up to you.

On our before-pickup checklist, you can ask us to email you the checklist. That form collects only your work email.

The warranty and returns form collects what you need (a warranty claim, an online-store return, or a dead-on-arrival or shipping-damage report), your order or invoice number, the device’s serial number, a description of the problem, your full name and email, and a phone number if you choose to add one. We use it to handle your claim or return.

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: which pages are viewed, which buttons and links are pressed, and when a form is started or sent. We don’t send what you type into a form (your name, your email or anything else) to Google Analytics. Our site also stores how you arrived (the details in the section above) in your browser, so the form can include them when you send it.

We use it to:

• answer your request, prepare a quote and provide the service you ask for;
• talk with you about your request, and send occasional emails only if you ask for them;
• understand which pages and campaigns work, and improve the site;
• keep the site and our forms secure and prevent fraud;
• meet our legal obligations.

Form requests go to HubSpot, the system we use to manage and answer them. Browsing measurements go to Google Analytics. These companies handle the information for us, to provide those services.

How long we keep what you send depends on why we need it: to answer your request and provide our services, to meet legal obligations, to resolve disputes, or to enforce our agreements and policies.

The email box on every quote form is optional and starts unchecked. We reply to your request either way; the box only covers occasional emails from us beyond that reply, and every one of those emails lets you unsubscribe.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• know or see the personal information we hold about you;
• ask us to delete it;
• ask us to correct it;
• get a copy of it to take elsewhere;
• opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising;
• choose which emails you get from us.

This site is for organizations and adults. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children.
