- Graded A or B. Every machine is tested and graded on our own benches before it’s offered to you.
- Clean and ready to sell. Every machine was wiped when it came in, and it’s wiped again and reimaged with a fresh operating system before it ships. It’s cleaned, and most laptops and Chromebooks get a new vinyl skin so they look new.
- Licensed Windows. Windows machines ship with genuine, licensed Windows. We’re a Microsoft Recognized Refurbisher.
- Clear terms. A limited warranty on hardware defects. If a device arrives dead or damaged in shipping, tell us right away and we’ll repair, replace or refund it.

How pricing works
A quote gets you the right machines at the right price. We keep a general price list, but with so many models and configurations, we match each order to the processor generation and spec you actually need, and price it on that.
- Pricing is flexible, so tell us if you’re working to a budget.
- Shipping is arranged as part of your quote, wherever the machines go.
- Tax-exempt? Send us your certificate and we won’t charge sales tax.
- Pay on the invoice by ACH or wire. Net terms are available after a credit check.

What grade is the stock?
Grade A or B. Business bulk orders are always one of the two, tested and graded on our own benches in Northern Kentucky.
Can we buy a sample first?
Yes. Single devices are on our online store, so you can see the quality before a bigger order.
Does the warranty pass to my customer?
No. The limited warranty covers hardware defects under normal use, and it covers the original buyer, which is you.
Which Windows license comes with it?
Every Windows machine ships with genuine, licensed Windows. We hold several kinds of Windows licenses and match the right one to how the machines will be used when we quote. We’re a Microsoft Recognized Refurbisher.
We resell to schools. Is there a program for that?
Yes. Resellers who sell into schools can join our Education Partner Program and source their devices through us.
